When you think of Attila the Hun, you probably do not think of valor. You may think of skill in battle. You may think of courage. But characters like Attila the Hun miss that third element crucial for becoming men of valor. They do not stand for righteousness. They do not stand for God and their neighbor. They do not love good.
When we read about King David of Israel's mighty men of valor in the Bible we find that they were highly skilled warriors. They were eager to do exploits against incredible foes such as giants and immense armies. Yet they stood up for what was right. They fought for God, for king, and for country. They put others first. They were obedient. They passionately loved and trusted God.
So when we talk about valor as a quality, we're talking about three things. Valor speaks of skill employed courageously to accomplish something noble.
Our viewers and clients want to be men and women of valor. We aspire to lift them to accomplish that worthy dream.
Some people have courage, but they do not have skill. Some people desire good things but they never put feet on that desire and develop the skills they need to accomplish that good.
At Valor Visual Media, our team seeks to utilize all three elements crucial to serve as men and women of valor. We are constantly pulling ourselves and advancing our skill level so that we can bring the best visual experience to our viewers. Working as a highly diverse creative and technical team, we purposely raise the bar with each production we make. The entire Valor team works aggressively to take our work where no one else thought it could go. Throughout that process, the team takes time to pause and evaluate the moral messages being communicated.
Valor could not be Valor without its devotion to providing entertaining, God-honoring stories to our viewers.
